Mon Lou Lou was born from a simple belief: that every woman deserves activewear that makes her feel confident, comfortable, and ready to conquer anything.

How It Started

Founded in 2020 in Sydney, Australia, Mon Lou Lou started as a passion project in a small home studio. Our founder, frustrated by activewear that didn't fit, faded quickly, or simply wasn't designed with real women's bodies in mind, decided to create something better.

What began with a single collection of leggings has grown into a full range of premium activewear, designed and tested by real women for real bodies.

Today, Mon Lou Lou serves customers across Australia and around the world, but our mission remains the same: to empower women to move confidently in every aspect of their lives.
